• The health and growth of BBBS depends in part on the success of our fund raising efforts.

  Each year we do Bowl for Kids' Sake as our major fund raiser. Recently we sent you a packet of information outlining the event and how you can participate. Anything you can do to help would be deeply appreciated. We have some suggestions of how you might help:

  1. Ask your business or organization to be a lane sponsor for $250.
  2. Form a team of yourself and 4 friends or recruit family and friends to form a team and have each get at least $50 in pledges.
  3. We also need volunteers to help work the event - give us a call if you can donate some time.

  You give so much of your energy, love and time to our program. Won't you help in one more way?

Recent Changes within the program:

Gene Humenay has recently left the program to take another position within the agency.  Joe Tarquinio has joined us as the new Director of Volunteer Services / Coordinator of the Big Brothers/Big Sisters program.   Joe joins us after many years as the Director of Human Resources at Harborcreek Youth Services and most recently as the Executive Director of Maria House.  We are extremely happy to have Joe as our new Coordinator and we invite you to stop by and meet Joe or give him a call (he will retain Gene's former phone number 866-4542) or drop him an e-mail (joet@familyserviceserie.org).
