Any individual, family or couple residing in Erie County is eligible for an intake appointment. Services are usually brief, lasting up to 12 sessions. Referrals may be made to other community resources if presenting needs go beyond the scope or intensity of our counseling.
Fees for services are charged in accordance with a sliding fee scale. Family Services is a provider for some third party insurance benefits. Individuals should contact their insurance company prior to counseling to determine eligibility. Office-Based Counseling is funded largely by the United Way of Erie County.
